Assessments
The cost of an initial assessment is $400.00. Assessments take about one hour. You can request an assessment by filling out the form here.
Tutoring Sessions
Each tutoring session is 55 minutes with a minimum of two sessions per week. Pricing is based on 46 weeks per year, giving each student six (6) weeks “off” annually. There is a one-week off each for Spring break and Thanksgiving, and two-weeks off each for Winter break and Summer vacation. All of these breaks follow the Pleasanton Unified School District calendar, except for Summer, which is by arrangement for each student.
There are no long term contracts. Tuition is paid monthly in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you should need to cancel a tutoring session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. We are unable to give refunds for missed sessions, but we are happy to schedule a make-up session when 24-hr advance notice was provided.
